Are you seeking diversity in your clinical work?  The Integrated Care program is seeking Behavioral Health Clinical Therapists who are caring, dynamic and passionate about helping and supporting patients with complex clinical presentations. For nearly two decades, the Integrated Care program has been collaborating with Family Medicine Center. Behavioral Health Clinical Therapists are responsible for providing clinic based behavioral intervention, therapy, supporting specialty clinics (Pain Clinic and Medication Assisted Treatment) and providing medical resident education regarding behavioral health topics. 

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health discipline
  • A minimum of two years clinical experience in a behavioral health setting is required. 
  • A Colorado unrestricted license in a behavioral health profession (LPC, LMFT or LCSW) or ability to become licensed within two years.
  • Addiction Counseling Certification OR willingness to pursue training and Colorado certification in addiction counseling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides immediate support to patients being seen by medical providers in clinic.
  • Provides ongoing therapy (individual and group).
  • Provides behavioral health education to family practice medical residents. 
  • Works on collaborative treatment teams to provide care in specialty clinics (Pain Clinic and Medication Assisted Treatment)
